One of still-lives with pasque-flowers. This is one of Zaretsky's favorite flowers. He was particularly fond of drawing it. As the result the painter created the series of still-lives with pasque-flowers.

Provenance: The work was bought at the artist's workshop in Koncha-Zaspa in 1991 from the second wife of the painter, Maja Zaretska.
